Reservation. Pay $29 now to reserve Mission OS. Launch is scheduled for December 2026; timing may change. Your payment remains fully refundable until Mission OS launches. It covers your first month from launch. No recurring charges apply before launch.
Subscription. Your subscription includes a SIM card and mobile plan. Monthly billing begins one month after launch, once your prepaid first month ends, at $29/month until canceled. Your founder rate remains fixed while continuously subscribed. Cancellation stops future renewals. Contact us to cancel or request a refund.
Deposit and returns. The $199 phone deposit is collected separately before shipment, not with today’s reservation payment. The Pixel remains Mission’s property until ownership transfers. If you cancel before qualifying for ownership, return it in full working order. The deposit is refunded following receipt and inspection.
Ownership eligibility. The 12-month qualifying period starts at launch and includes your prepaid first month. After 12 consecutive paid months, title transfers and your deposit is refunded, provided all payments are settled and Mission remains operational. Time awaiting launch does not count. You may then cancel and keep the phone; continued Mission OS service remains $29/month.
General. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected, including on cessation of operations. Any unenforceable provision is severable; the remaining terms continue in effect.
